Private Instruction
Private lessons are a great way to be introduced to the basic principles of partnership dancing. Here we can thoroughly delve into the basics of leading and following, timing, rhythm and characteristic style. Ask your instructor for more information on rates and times.

Group Classes
Groups provide a fun opportunity to work on patterns and new rhythms, while meeting new people! It also gives individuals, both couples and singles a chance to experience dancing with different partners every now and then. Most find it very helpful to prepare for those big family affairs, or corporate functions where mingling is key. Group classes are usually held in eight-week blocks (*with the exception of our Summer programs which are six weeks in length) and include a party social at the end of the term. All Social Ballroom class sessions are 75 minutes in length which include a five minute transition period, while the Ballroom-In-Line class sessions as well as private lessons are one hour in length. Ballroom Bootcamp is a two hour class session. These all also include a five minute transition period.

Dance Socials
The almighty social situation can be daunting when there’s dancing involved.

“Wow! What do I do with real people dancing around me?”

The End Of Term Social allows students to practice “real world” tactics: how to manoeuvre around the dance floor, which direction to go in and basic dance floor etiquette.

We promise by the time that wedding or big dance comes around, you won’t sweat having all those people grooving next to you. Please refer to our Special Events for dates and times.
